Unfortunately due to time constraints and my wife being sick, I had to bypass Yoga X today. I realize Tony Horton and even Dave Ward say Yoga X is super mega important, but sometimes life happens and we can’t shop up.

However, Recovery week is all about recovering…so as long as I didn’t lift weights today or do any resistance training…technically it was a win :)

Tomorrow is Core Synergistics, a new member of the P90X workout schedule to date and I kind of lied above..there are lots of pushups with Core Synergistics. It is supposed to focus on your trunk and the lumbar spine which represent the foundation of all other muscles in the body.

I will need to wake up early for this program as I need to: work from home, take care of my sick wife, and take care of my kids. All in a days work :)
