Hi Nathan,

I already under a Beachbody coach and I want to get through the program some more before committing to being a coach myself. Thanks though.

My name is Nathan McCabe and I am an Independent Beachbody Coach. If you are really into working out and creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself, you should really consider being a Beachbody Coach. The opportunity is too good to pass up.
I was skeptical about Yoga and the benefits, but 30 days into my second round, I have to agree with Tony and Dave Ward. At the beginning I hated it, partially because of the time involved, and partially because of the difficulty. Also, I couldn't forsee what the real benefits would be. But I figured TH and Dave knew what they were talking about. Now @ 30 days into Round 2 (P120X?) I definitely see the benefit. My flexibility has increased steadily, and all that stretching of muscle and tissue keeps things limber. In short, it helps me to bring it for every workout.

There are still parts of Yoga X I struggle with....(Warrior Three, Half Moon, Twisting Half Moon, any balancing on my left foot) but I do my best.

with all of that, don't sweat missing a workout here and there. Life happens. Wife, kids, work, etc. can take precedence.

Bryan, I hope your wife feels better. You're right, things happen and sometimes we can't fit everything we want into the few hours we're awake, do the things we plan. Don't sweat the small stuff, or a missed workout. Just jump back in as soon as you can. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a one time graded event.
