P90X Classic Day 26 – Core Synergistics – Was Sick
Unfortunately, I caught a bug and instead of working out and possibly hurting my immune system any more, I have opted to skip todays workout entirely so I can recover.
I am hoping I will feel better tomorrow for Yoga X. I will take it easy tonight, take my vitamin C, Zinc, lots of water and start tomorrow anew.
