Yesterday I was sick. Today I don’t feel 100%, but better then yesterday, so I had the energy to “BRING IT”.

I did much better in Yoga X today then the previous time. Also, Yoga X being as long as it is, has been one of the sessions I have skipped 2 times thus far, which I hate but had no control over.

I thought I did much better in the first 45 minutes of the video, being able to hold various poses much longer and with more authority. The final sessions of the first 45 minutes where you had to maintain 1 leg up for an extended period of time…I struggled with that. I had to come out of the pose often.

I keep finding my feet and hands wanting to slip on my mat from time to time due to sweat. One of the moves where you grab your toe with your leg extended..I had to use a paper towel around my toe in order to maintain a grip LOL, but I was able to hold my balance and do that pose.

The crane was another position I am able to do now…but damn if I can’t figure out how Tony gets his knees into his armpits. In order for me to actually do the crane, I place my knees on the side of my biceps…and that lets me complete the pose. I couldn’t hold it for the full session, but was able to hold for 15-20 seconds at a time.

I literally caught myself yelling out loud in my home “Are you F*cking kidding me Tony…what the F*ck” during the Ab routines in the final 10 minutes LOL.

So overall its come along well. Tomorrow is rest day or X Stretch. I might try to find time to do the X Stretch, but its Valentines day so we will see.
