Today is day 42. It is kind of hard to justify a “rest” day when in a week, I might not be able to knock out a P90X session each day, so I kind of have 1-2 rest days in a week, however I just tend to have a lot going on.

As mentioned earlier, I have seen some weight loss that I am not quite sure how to feel about it. Maybe I have slowly been approaching 163-165 in the last week or so and I didn’t realize it. I haven’t been taking in 2400 calories like I was in week 3, so that could be a factor.

If I can start Week 7 today, I will try to..but if not I will begin it tomorrow. WOW, week 7 already. amazing.
