P90X Progress Pictures
UPDATED: – 6 sets of pictures below, January 17 2010 – March 15, 2010.
On January 17th, 2010 I began the photo process for measuring my P90X results.
At the end of every week (every Sunday night), I will take a new set of pictures just like the ones below. Then, when the 90 days if all over, I will build an entire wall montage similar to the one below that highlights every single week from start to finish. I think it will be cool to look at. I might even overlay each photo throughout the progress and make an animation.
I began at 174 lbs and as of March 27, 2010 I was 163lbs – I am eating between 2200 and 2600 calories per day on the Level 2 P90x diet guide. Though I have lost 11lbs, it is difficult for me to notice in the pictures below
