P90X Classic Day 41 – Kenpo X with punching bag

For a couple weeks in a row, I have chosen to go at my punching bag for my Kenpo X session. I spent about 40 minutes working on a combination of punches and kicks. I really feel good after a punching bag session.
Nothing else much to report on this one.

Last night, I knocked out a great round of Legs and Back. WOW were my legs like rubber last night.

One more day…and Week #3 is 100% complete! Woohoo. I am in debate mode of doing X-Stretch tomorrow…its the FRIGGIN SUPERBOWL and my Indianapolis Colts are going to win…tough decision tough decision.
